Rebar Hub is an integrated wire processing plant for precast to produce, deliver and compose reinforcement directly on the pallets of a circulation plant.
Highly automated factories for double-walls and slabs production, work on a just-in-time basis where lattice girders and/or bars need to be delivered to the pallets of the circulation system as soon as they are produced, in the right spot, at the right time.
Although this reinforcement hub can assume many configurations, it is mainly composed by:
- a flexible multi-rotor straightening machine;
- a lattice girder welding machine;
- buffering systems;
- handling robots.
